Each shareholder will receive a digital welcome pack that will be sent by email which will contain a personalised share certificate with the share number shown, a welcome letter, a copy of our terms and conditions, and a photograph of the horse. Postal packs are available on request.

No, once you have made your purchase there are simply no other fees to pay, the purchase price being the only payment for that syndicate period.

Yes, shares are available to buy as a gift. The membership number would be allocated to the name and email address of the intended recipient. We can either send the welcome pack to them or you if wishing to present it as a gift.

The ownership lasts for the syndicate period stated for each horse, which is also detailed on the share certificate issued at the time of purchase.

Prize money will be shared equally at the end of the syndicate period proportionally to the number of shares purchased. The amount calculated will be on a pro-rata basis from the date you purchased the share until the expiry date.

In the unlikely event that the management team decides to sell the horse, there will be no money from the sale paid to shareholders and under normal circumstances, a replacement horse will be sourced. 

Racehorses are living, fragile animals therefore no guarantees can ever be made so a refund cannot be provided if a horse doesn’t make it to the racecourse, or gets a long-term or fatal injury.
